Processing time

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not factored into estimated delivery time indicated at checkout.

During sales and high volume periods processing time could take up to 3-4 business days.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' take between 7-10 days to process.

Dispatch notification

If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date,

please notify us by sending an email to thisisusng@gmail.com indicating your order number.

Item not delivered?

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Customs and Duties Charges

Most shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. This Is Us NG has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.

Pickups

The regular processing time of 1-2 days applies for local picks ups. For urgent pick ups, please contact us to confirm that the item is available for a same day pick up.
